TLM’s International Office at Brentford has a new HR vacancy – A Part-time HR Manager role (21 hours) focused on employees working for International Office who are mainly based in the UK. You will lead in the design and implementation of an effective HR management service that will enable the achievement of strategic and organisational objectives. TLM is an explicitly Christian organisation. As the vacancy will take an integral part in shaping organisational culture, post holders must be willing to engage with, support and contribute to the Christian ethos and values of the charity, and to design and implement HR policies consistent with such ethos and values. It is therefore an occupational requirement that both post holders should be practising Christians committed to the objectives and values of The Leprosy Mission and able to work in an interdenominational environment.
