Operating as an International federation (Global Fellowship) of 29 Member countries, the International office provides leadership and facilitation to enable the Global Fellowship to achieve this vision. TLM’s International Office at Brentford has a new HR vacancy – A Global HR Advisor role (35 hours) with an emphasis on building HR capacity overseas, as well as providing hands on HR support to TLM’s work in developing countries in both the Asia and Africa regions. You will have proven facilitation skills and be willing to undertake overseas trips totalling between 50 and 70 days per annum. Find more information in the job description.
TLM is an explicitly Christian organisation. As the vacancy will take an integral part in shaping organisational culture, post holders must be willing to engage with, support and contribute to the Christian ethos and values of the charity, and to design and implement HR policies consistent with such ethos and values.
