Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID) is an approach aiming at CRPD implementation at community level. This side event will look at how persons with disabilities, their families and grassroot-level Disabled Peoples Organisations (DPOs) are empowered through CBID. This side event will shed light on the CBID approach, and will share best practices from all corners of the world.
