This report shows the response of the disability sector to the COVID-19 pandemic during the months of March to September 2020 in Paraguay. The pandemic highlighted the existing gaps in the fulfilment of the rights of persons with disabilities, but it also provided an opportunity to finally make an effort to respond to these needs. It allowed SENADIS to innovate new working mechanisms.
